Austin attorney Bailey Vos is one of the founding members of McKinney Vos. She handles all types of personal injury cases, construction and contract disputes. She also maintains her Michigan law license.

Bailey works her cases from intake to trial. She prides herself on her ability to provide fierce representation at every point in the legal process. For Bailey, part of fierce representation is making sure her clients are heard and respected. She cares about her clients. It is her mission to stand up for them so they can focus on recovering from their injuries.

Bailey has successfully won trials in Travis, Williamson and Bexar counties. She has resolved hundreds of cases and represented clients all across Texas.

Bailey was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She left her hometown to attend the University of Michigan — Ann Arbor, where she graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor in Theater Arts. She moved back home to attend Western Michigan University — Cooley Law School and completed the accelerated program, graduating in two years.

Bailey had never lived outside of Michigan until an internship in Austin, Texas, was offered to her during her last semester of law school. She moved down south with the intention of leaving shortly after her internship ended. But she fell in love with everything Texas has to offer, from the BBQ to the music scene. She decided to stay and worked at a large personal injury law firm, where she found her passion for the field. She later co-founded McKinney Vos PLLC to create a small, personal injury law firm focused on the client’s experience and well-being.
